We offers event planning services, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, event design, and day-of-event management. A detailed description of services will be outlined in your contract.

2. Payment Terms

Any creative materials (e.g., event designs, decor concepts) produced by us remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through arbitration before pursuing legal action.
