At EXEIQ Event Planner, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate various situations, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation by Client:
Notice Period:
More than 60 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a non-refundable deposit of $[amount] or [percentage] of the total fee.
30 to 60 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be calculated based on the work completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
Less than 30 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund. Any payments made will be forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs incurred.
Cancellation by EXEIQ Event Planner:
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that EXEIQ must cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments made, or offer to reschedule the event at no additional cost.
Client Agreement: If EXEIQ cancels due to breach of contract or failure to meet agreed terms by the client, no refund will be issued.
Procedure:
Notification: To cancel an event, please notify us in writing via email at [email address]. Include your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request and provide a confirmation within 5 business days.
