At EXEIQ Event Planner, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of event planning, refunds and returns are handled with specific guidelines.
Service Changes and Cancellations:
Event Cancellations: If you need to cancel an event, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or incurred costs. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event may not be eligible for a refund.
Service Modifications: Changes to event details after booking may incur additional fees. We will inform you of any costs associated with modifications before proceeding.
Refunds:
Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. They are typically granted if there was a significant issue with the service provided, and it is not a result of client changes or cancellations.
Process: To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the event date, providing a detailed description of the issue. We will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within 14 business days.
